The 17-acre Schott campus is situated in a spacious, suburban community just North of Sheridan Street and West of Flamingo Road in Cooper City. Currently, there are 2 residences on the Schott campus. Both facilities were built in 2000 as state-of-the-art residences, with the vision of providing care, compassion and cooperation to disabled persons to encourage maximum levels of self-sufficiency. Schott provides both independent and dependent living. Residents of the apartments and group home are actively involved in the Schott Community by participating in the Enrichment Center of St. Jude Chapel programs and services.
Besides the enrichment services programs and Chapel activities, the agency provides all participants case management and counseling services. This comprehensive approach to their care provides all individuals with special needs at Schott Community the opportunity to enhance their physical and emotional well being.
